Team Carolina
Team Carolina is a monthly bracket race held over the course of 2 days. Saturday is the first day of action with cash purses paid to the Winner, Runner up, Semi and Quater finalist of each class. The same purse is paid out on Sunday so the racer is allowed to race twice in one weekend for the same tow bill. Carolina Dragway did this in order to help with the ever growing cost of fuel and hotel rooms.
Team Carolina races have played host to many IHRA Summit Super Series champions. JJ Brock,Chad Dotson and Joe Gary all are past SSS World Champions and are proud to call Carolina Dragway home. Anyone who races at Carolina says if you can win here you can win anywhere, the competition is just that tough.
